Stockholm-born, New York-based guitarist Tomas Janzon embarked, after KMH-The Royal School of Music, on the peripatetic journey of the working musician. Los Angels for GIT and the USC Thornton School of Music, Canada as Artist-in-Residence at Selkirk College, then from 2002 to the present a blur of touring, teaching, recording in Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Phoenix, Argentina, Brazil, Norway, Denmark and Sweden.
Tomas Janzon Trio has been growing from 2011 at a regular stint at The Garden Café in New York with Essiet Okon Essiet on bass, and further with the addition of Will Terrill on drums at Londel's in Harlem from 2015.
