When you subscribe for our newsletter you consent that we keep your personal data in our register, only for the purpose of giving you relevant information about us, our activities and our artists.
What info do we keep?
We keep only data that is necessary to keep you informed about what is specially in your interest. We will only use this information to inform about our work, we will not reach out any commercial offers and will under no circumstances transfer any information to a third part.
How long do we keep your information?
We only keep your information as long as you want to receive our newsletters or in some other way want to stay in contact. If you don’t want to remain in our registers, click unsubscribe in the newsletter – or send us an email – and all info will be removed.
Who is responsible?
Musikcentrum Öst/Sweden is always responsible for your personal data but we send our newsletters via a GDPR-certified mailing list provider and all servers are within EU. When you subscribe for our newsletter you consent that our mailing list provider stores your emailadress.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to request that your information be erased or restricted from further use and of course also the right to correct, amend or update information you have given us.
Ending of subscription
If you do not any longer want to receive our newsletter and do not want to remain in our register you just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter. Your information will then be erased in every list we have.
